I will be reviewing all of the major golf club manufacturer’s products. It’s so important to have the right equipment when playing golf. Just like a carpenter has their set of tools in the bag it’s the same for the golfer. You wouldn’t use a wrench to hammer a nail but golfers do not put enough time and effort into getting into the right equipment.
We are all guilty of this but just making sure your grips and fresh, clean or new is so important. The grip is the only part of the golf club that connects you to the golf club. Why wouldn’t make sure you are fit for the correct grip size, tackiness, and material? Sometimes a forgotten part of the club fitting. Hand size is different for all golfers. Recently, I fitted a football player who plays for the Atlantic Falcons. The measurement from the bottom of his palm to top of his middle finger was 10 inches. His hands were huge! You would never fit the same grip into this players hands you would with a ladies grip.
Golf equipment is obviously a huge part of playing golf. Without equipment, we wouldn’t have a game. Equipment manufacturers come out with new golf equipment every year and sometimes multiple times per year. As we progress into a different era in golf equipment manufacturers are becoming very creative employees team of engineers trying to make the club that will benefit you the golfer in the most efficient and effective manner.
